SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 business hours from the time the order was placed. Our distribution center's business hours are from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday. All packages will be shipped via USPS with no markings or any labels indicative of its contents. Your privacy and satisfaction are our number one priority. Please feel free to contact us if you ever have any concerns regarding your order or specific shipping requirements.

What Payments are accepted? 
We currently accept Visa, Mater Card, Discover, American Express, Checkout by Amazon and PayPal. We are NOT accepting checks or money orders at this time.

 What company name will show on my credit card or bank statement?
 Cali Crusher will show on your credit card, bank, or PayPal statement.

 What shipping service do you use?
 We use USPS first class mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.

How long does shipping take?
We ship your order out within 24- 48 hrs of payment received. For USA shipments allow 3-7 business days for delivery. For Canadian orders allow 7-14 business days. For worldwide shipments please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.

My order should have been delivered by now. Where is it?
Please use the contact us page to submit your order information and our shipping department will email or call you with information relating to your order and shipping status.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. Item must be returned UNUSED and in the exact same condition as received within 10 business days. 

My HOMEGROWN blades are broken, what do I do?
In the very rare occurrence that one of the blades/teeth on your HOMEGROWN Grinder bends, breaks or chips, please send us 3 photos from varied angles showing the damage and we will issue you a replacement part at no additional cost. Please note however, that only the blades/teeth are covered under this warranty and we will replace the broken piece, not the whole grinder. 

 I want to return an item. How do I do this?

 Do I have to be 18 years old to order from this site?
 Yes, you must be at least 18 years or older to order any item from this web site.
